I found Trinity to very knowledgeable concerning the electrical project I asked them to perform. Glenn and his helper Jason(I think) worked very efficiently in order to minimize the outage time since they had to cut off the feed from Entergy for the work. I would recommend Trinity for any electrical work.

In the 30 years in which I have owned my home here in New Orleans, today was the first time I experienced such honest and trustworthy repair service. The gentleman from Trinity Home Services took his time to check both electrical panels and do a complete walk through of my home. Lastly he informed me there was no problem detected and no service was needed. Most importantly, because I had experienced my lights flashing and a break in service, he explained to me in layman’s terms that the problem was not on my end, but it rested with Entergy( the electrical company). Before he left, he said, “NO COST, and I hope you have a Merry Christmas”. I made sure I got a few business cards, because Trinity Home Services have a customer for life.

Ciro is phenomenal! Called them because my AC was intermittently blowing stale air. Called Trinity and they came out the next morning. Ciro thought it might be the fan motor, and since it was working when he happened to be there, he had to come back when it actually stopped. So, I called when it stopped and he was there that morning. They replaced the motor, but the fan still wasn't going; lo and behold, i had to change the batteries in my thermostat. It was a miracle! He came back to tweak something, and it is now breezy beautiful and balmy in my home. Being a first-time homeowner is great, except when things go wrong... like the AC. In September (or August). I am fortunate that I stumbled upon Trinity Home Services, and they are the only people I call for anything AC-related. THANK YOU, Ciro and your team for the outstanding service.
